Medjumbe Island - 4 nights/5 days

Located on the remote Medjumbe Island, one of the many islands making up the Quirimbas Archipelago in northern Mozambique, Medjumbe Island Resort is the ideal Mozambique island getaway for those who wish to experience exclusivity and privacy on a remote tropical island. The small, mystical island is only one kilometer in length and 500 meters in width, featuring a number of small bays and coves, complete with white beaches surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Medjumbe Island Resort, a tropical island paradise, was designed to have minimal impact on the environment. All the chalets are beautifully furnished and equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, mini bars, ceiling fans, personal electronic safes, hair dryers, satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Activities include a variety of water sports, beach games, island excursions, sunset cruises and the diving and snorkeling reveals an underwater wonderland.

Day 1 to 4: Fly to Vilanculous and transfer by road and boat to Medjumbe Island Resort.
Day 5: Transfer by road and boat to Vilanculous Airport.

Manta Ray and Whale Shark diving trips are also available.
