ROMANTIC EAST AFRICA SAFARI  - 9 nights/10 Days
The Serengeti National Park offers exceptional game viewing. Accommodation is either at Klein’s Camp in thatched cottages or at Grumeti River Camp in lavish tents. Activities include game-drives, game walks and community visits. The romantic suites at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge are tended by a butler and have magnificent views of the crater below. Activities include one game-drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. Additional activities may be booked directly at the lodge, subject to extra cost and availability of vehicles. Such activities include excursions to Olduvai Gorge and Shifting Sands, a visit to a Massai village and walks at Empakai Crater. Massages are offered for those who need to relax after a day’s game-viewing. At Mnemba Island Lodge, renowned as the world’s most romantic private island, accommodation is in a beach banda on raised platforms, made of indigenous woven palm fronds and fine basket weave. Activities include scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, salt water fly-fishing, wind-gliding, kites, windsurfing and delicious fresh seafood dinners on the white sandy beach.

                Day 1,2 and 3: From Arusha fly to Serengeti National Park.
                Day 4 and 5: Fly to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area.
                Day 6, 7, 8 and 9: Fly to Zanzibar airport via Arusha and transfer by road and boat to Mnemba Island.
                Day 10: Boat and road transfer back to Zanzibar.          

TANZANIA UNDER CANVAS (seasonal) - 8 night/9 days
Tanzania is home to one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth: the annual Great Migration. At Lake Manyara National Park accommodation is at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge in a tree house nestled deep in a mahogany forest. During game drive you might catch a glimpse of the famous tree‑climbing lions. In Serengeti National Park, spend two nights at Grumeti River Camp in lavish tents. Following in the footsteps of the animals, the next two nights will be spent at Klein’s Concession at the Tanzania Under Canvas Wilderness Campsite. Safari concludes with two nights at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge in sumptuous suites tended by a butler, with a game drive along the crater floor and optional excursions to Olduvai Gorge, a Massai village or Empakai Crater.

                Day 1 and 2: Fly from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park.
                Day 3 and 4: Fly to Grumeti River Camp, Serengeti National Park.
                Day 5 and 6: Fly to Klein's Concession, Serengeti National Park.
                Day 7 and 8: Fly to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area.
                Day 9: Fly to Arusha.
